Kaj Osteroth, who works in close colaboration with Sarah Hegenbart (UOXF) for an upcoming ARTIS project, invites to an upcoming vernissage: Friday, October 20th 2023, at 6 PM, HilbertRaum (Berlin, Germany).

“Wo tut´s denn weh?“ (Where does it hurt?), the new exhibition by Kaj Osteroth makes the incomprehensible of our world, which has become and has always been brutal, personal and shows relationships and references in broken compositions, a characteristic of her painting. Between blandness, naivety and revolt, and in a permanent dispute with the supposedly securely established, without distance, she pulls away the ground of what is supposed to be right and good. In this context, drawings – created in dialogue – become lost monologues while the common becomes a challenge and at the same time a place of longing.
